Privacy Policy

The short version

This website collects almost nothing about you. There is no account system, no tracking cookies for advertising, and the contact form does not store your information on our servers — it opens an email in your own email program, which you send (or don't) yourself.

What information we receive

• Information you choose to send us. If you email, call, or text, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, contact details, and your real estate situation.
• Anonymous site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused tool. It tells us how many people visited and which pages were popular. It does not identify you, follow you across the web, or build a profile of you.

How we use it

Only to respond to you and help with your real estate questions. If you become a client, your information is handled under the rules that govern licensed REALTORS® in Alberta, including the Real Estate Act and brokerage record-keeping requirements at RE/MAX First.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
• We never share your information with third parties except as required to serve you as a client (e.g., your lawyer, your lender, with your knowledge) or as required by law.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping obligations for real estate transactions). Just ask.
